Ecdysis Creative is a London-based strategic communications consultancy created to tell nature-positive stories.

about our founder
Sam is an Australian-American artist working at the intersection of psychology and nature conservation. She is here to elevate the solution stories of positive human impact on nature, and to help generate a more equitable, healthy future for all life on earth.
As a strategic communications consultant with over a decade of experience working for mission-driven NGOs, entrepreneurs, and businesses, Sam translates complex ecological and economic research into accessible, high-impact narratives for global networks of conservation practitioners, decision-makers, and institutions.
In her creative practice, Sam is working on a play about the climate crisis, ask her about it!
In 2026, EC is helping to teach people EC helped teach people about the economic benefits of healthy ecosystems with the team at Conservation Strategy Fund (CSF). We led a strategic narrative update, logo re-brand, and increased their social media following by more than 800%.
In 2025, we designed a strategic narrative for the Nature Positive Landscapes Initiative before its launch as a powerful framework for large-scale ecosystem restoration led by high-impact land-use industries (such as mining). Check out the website we helped build here.
